I got a late start this year, but I finally pulled out my 4th of July decorations. I found a fun patriotic bouquet at the grocery store, which prompted me to bring out my knick-knacks and table toppers for the 4th. I have quite a few 4th of July themed table toppers and runners, but I regret to say I don’t have pattern links for them!

This little table topper is a pattern by Minick and Simpson. It makes me really happy to use it. It is called Little Stars, and I cannot for the life of me find a link for it.

This elegant little quilt is a pattern by Barbara Brackman called Endearments. I think it is my nicest 4th of July quilt, even though it’s pretty small. Sadly, I cannot find a link to the pattern anywhere. If any of you can find links for either of these patterns, let us know in the comments.

I pretty much do the same thing on my hall table every year, but the candles on the left are newish. They are Illuminara candles and I think I got them on QVC. The runner is from a cute little Moda kit designed by Minick and Simpson that came in an adorable little tin box. It was a very expensive monthly subscription series I joined through Fat Quarter Shop years ago. I have all twelve tins, but probably have made only three or four of the little quilts.

Here’s a close-up of the runner and the quilting. Love it.

My dining room buffet. Notice the star/flag ornament hanging from the orchid!

Two more runners in patriotic fabrics, but I have no idea what they are called. The bottom one with Humpty Dumpty may be by Lehman Designs. I do recall they both made up quickly and easily and would be beginner friendly. That is the great thing about table runners, they are small and quick and make for great practice. I recommend that you collect a few table runner patterns that you can do over and over again in different seasonal fabrics so you have something fun to put out for every season, holiday, and month of the year!
Hope you enjoyed my little tour and are encouraged to bring out some of your favorite seasonal decor. Dennis even put up red, white, and blue lights along our back porch railing. They can be seen from the road down the hill from us and look so festive. We’ve got our buntings up as well. Our next door neighbors go all out too, so we really look like we are celebrating the country’s 250th birthday with a lot of spirit.

Moda All-Stars – Mini Marvels:
15 Little Quilts with Big Style
I think the Little Stars Quilt might be in this book.
Thanks, Vickie. That book is a great resource. I have made several table runners from the patterns in it.
Your little quilts look great! Check out your April 13, 2018 post. The Endearments quilt is a Betsy Chutchian pattern.
Your patriotic table toppers are so much fun! Like Vickie said, that Stars and Stars pattern is in the Mini Marvels Moda All-Stars book.
All of your patriotic decorations and Americana-inspired table toppers really are perfect. All the little quilts are harmonious with each other. You certainly have a knack for putting those little vignettes together! 🙂
Thank you for the red, white and blue display – gorgeous! I was having a hard time feeling patriotic this year, but after Memorial Day I decided my country was worth it, in spite of its “leader”. I was amazed at all the RWB little quilts, toppers and table runners I had. There are more than places to put them!
