At my Banish the UFO’s sewing group yesterday, a couple of my friends held up the finished Hour a Day quilt so I could take a picture. Sorry for the tables and machines in the foreground–they couldn’t get back any further. The finished quilt has kind of a Mackenzie-Childs look to it, don’t you agree?

I’ve been working on the computer all morning and checking your blog waiting to see your quilt. It’s beautiful – stunning – pretty – gorgeous (well you get the idea!)
Yes, yes it does have a Mackenzie-Childs look to it.
Wow – that looks incredible, Nicole! Hard to believe a quilt can go together so quickly…. well, if it were *me* sewing, it would be hard to believe. Just lovely!
Yummy colors! I love it!
An hour a day? For how long? Gorgeous quilt.
I do love your quilt. The color choices are incredible.
You do have a lot of fabric. I can’t imagine having that much fabric. I simply don’t have that much room. But I do like your stash.
Your colors and contrast are delicious!!!
See, I stopped back and that quilt is just gorgeous. I love anything with stars, but I adore that checkerboard border.
i was going through the Q4P ring and found your blog. I have enjoyed reading your blog. Your HOur a Day quilt is lovely as well as the other quilts you have shown.
Definately the check border makes this quilt. My opinion of course. Love it!
