Not much going on. Just another one of those perfect spring days when there isn’t anything in particular planned, the garden is shaping up and the sun is shining at last. I made myself a pitcher of iced tea and sat in the yard and just smelled the roses. Sometimes the simplest things are the best.

It’s already getting hot and humid here. Late spring, summer, early fall–all good times to stay inside in the air conditioning in Alabama.

Ohhh – that looks so nice. It is STILL raining here. We get one nice sunny day for every eight days of rain. I am kind of getting tired of it :((
