Hey there, I am back from the retreat and have lots to share, but work is getting in the way of me taking the necessary time this morning to tell you all about it. I will say we had a fabulous time, and I promise to share all the details!
The picture above is a little teaser—Marla, one of the gals who attended, brought her embroidery machine, and kept churning out impressive little gems such as this embellished canvas tote bag.
We laughed and sewed and got to know each other better and better. As always, I was inspired by the creativity of my companions and feel recharged with energy and good sewing intentions!

I can’t wait to hear the details. I’ve got to find some really good quilter’s retreats around here! Might just have one myself this weekend as the hubby is gone for a solid week…
