Hello, I’m Nicole, an enthusiastic quilter and fabric lover. This blog is mainly about my quilting journey, but I share some of my other interests as well, which include reading, cooking, decorating, lifestyle, and my family. When I am not quilting, I am reading, and will share monthly book reviews in this space. I love to hear back from my followers and enjoy getting to know you.

It turned out great!
Oh, wow, that is definitely in the gorgeous category! I don’t even think it’s overly orange.
I really like your finished top – congrats! I’m impressed you had enough fabric and vision to make it work in such a short time. I’m half done my blocks after playing for quite a while to get something I love. Hoping I’ll have a top to show soon…
Oh what a good girl you are…the first to have a finished full size top. I am still in the block making part…
It’s really stunning…
You are amazing, Nicole, and so is your quilt. Someday I would like you to conduct a workshop to teach us how you make quilts so fast.

I love how that turned out! You must feel a sense of accomplishment?! I’ve been working on just one quilt for weeks now. I think I’m starting to like orange too, especially with brown! 🙂 Nancy in WI
wow, good for you! It looks wonderful!
I am not a fan of orange, but your quilt is awesome – a bit orange but not too much. Love your diagonal setting and as usual your work is awesome.
Wow! Nice work. . .Love it! I’m on my way upstairs to finish three more blocks and figure a snappish border for mine!
Wow! It looks better than I imagined it would!

Your quilt came out beautifully! Good job, and in record time!
That’s gorgeous!
It was serendipity that you hadn’t used those fat quarters yet as they were clearly meant for this quilt!
I know I’m not supposed to ask about such mundane things but how big is it? (I’m guessing it is about 60″ x 77″.)
Good job! Do you get to rest today? Or are you making another quilt? 🙂
It came out great. I love it.

Your quilt turned out great. I am impressed that you managed to complete the entire top so quickly. I am still working on mine. However, I need to take a trip to the fabric store tomorrow before I can finish.

Beautiful! Very nice!!
Congrats on a wonderful finish!
I wasn’t sure I liked the light sashing through the blocks, but it really works, doesn’t it? I love the scrappy border. Nicely done!
Absolutely gorgeous…can’t believe you just did all this in that amount of time and have it all posted, etc. Very nice. I enjoyed the process!
