My husband and I are celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary this week. I tell you, those years flew by in a flash. After all that time, we barely need to talk, we are so in sync. I laughingly told him we no longer have to ask each other questions, because we know the answers just by looking into each other's eyes.
My husband has always been good at gift giving, and on this occasion he certainly did not disappoint. He surprised me with a Past, Present, Future ring, which I adore. Those sure aren't the hands I had 50 years ago, but they have served me well.
We are thrilled to be celebrating all week long down here in the desert, with Sara and Eva.
The weather is great, the food has been terrific, and we have done some major and well deserved relaxing.
