I received a package in the mail this weekend from the very generous designer for whom I have been doing some stunt sewing. It came completely out of the blue and surprised the heck out of me! Inside the package were a ton of layer cakes, charm packs, her latest patterns, and a lovely note of encouragement.
Seriously, I really lucked out when she asked me to sew for her! Her generosity is unparalleled. There is enough fabric here to make a number of full sized quilts as well as half a dozen smaller projects. And as soon as I finish the current project I am working on for her, I will get started! LOL.
How cute will this be?
I think Odyssea is the perfect fabric collection to use for the March Schnibbles project, Roundabout. Why? Well, because I think a collection that includes mostly medium to dark value prints will work best with that pattern. I just need to find a light background fabric and this fabric will really pop against it. Look at that funny fish print! Insanely adorable.

Yeah you lucked out big time! I think those fabrics will be awesome for Roundabout and it looked like a layercake so you can make it the bigger size!
